A guy sent me money via paypal. Almost immediately he asked for a refund, I said I'd look into it. I was afraid it was some sort of scam so I wanted to investigate proper procedures for this sort of error. The next day he files a claim against me for "item not received" obviously there is no item, there was no "sale". He just sent me money out of the blue. I immediately went the dispute center and said as much there, also at some point the money was "frozen" it was red, I couldn't refund it if I wanted to. Then paypal refunded it out of my bank account and unfroze the funds. All in all I lost the transaction fee, paypal took that. Do I have any recourse here?
