I Have some money on my PP balance but can't use because some limitation that is set from about two year Few times PP ask to upload some documents and I do this but still can't use my balance I add new card and confirm too as during this two year old one was expired I'm sending mail and asking help regarding this, but I'm getting automatic reply that is seys: Log in to your account.
