Hello. So I returned an item, and the company refused to refund me so I opened a dispute in Paypal. Paypal asked me for the return parcel tracking number, so I provided them the tracking number along with the pdf of the return slip that the company provided me. However, I just got an email from Paypal saying: We have received a response from the merchant and we've also reviewed all the details of your case. Based on the merchant’s response and the information we have to date, we have to deny your case. This decision was made because we did not receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the merchandise. And when I track my return package using the tracking on the company's website, it states NOV 27 6:00 AM Completed Unloading at Delivery Location Upper marlboro, MD Paypal said I could appeal by providing additional information, but I am not sure what other info I can provide at this point.
