Thanks for contacting us about this. I am sorry to hear that you've been running into trouble reporting an unrecognized transaction you are seeing. This can happen if the status of the transaction is Pending or has not Completed. Additionally, if you are not seeing the transaction within your PayPal account but with your financial institute, you may run into trouble reporting it yourself.
