@Carobl80 Click the transaction that made your account balance zero. There should be a memo/note and it’ll probably say that it was paid to PayPal for damages from violating Acceptable Use Policy which is why they no longer provide you PayPal services. You can file a case with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA and request another account review.

@Stormi691 Cannot sign up for Smart Connect anymore. Try PayPal Credit instead. Reach out to PayPal again about your account and request to speak with an agent in messages or calling. You’ll be put on the queue and answered in the order your message or call is received.

@Jmerritt2 If it is pending in PayPal, it means the request to transfer has not been completed by PayPal yet. If it’s pending in your card, your card issuer/bank has not posted your credit yet and it depends on your card/bank’s processes. How much time has past since you transferred? Give it some more time to process. You can also contact your card/bank for an update.

Are the fees you mentioned apply to this payment method? and May I ask if the fixed fee is always in USD in any cases? So if the fixed fee is in USD - I assumed Paypal has convert the initial amount into the USD currency, then only start subtracting the fees in USD? Thank you

Thanks for your help . I checked on her business page it said she’s in California . I told her if I don’t receive items when she says to expect them then I’ll be filing with PayPal . I found the T shirts on a Facebook ad , which will be my last buy from there unless someone can tell me for sure they are legit lol .

Thank you for your replies! Yes, that's what my initial attempt was - to contact Customer Support but when I tried to find a way to do that it was suggested to ask the forum instead.
