@Andrewp1231 Security flag may have been triggered or bad, weak, unstable internet connection is interfering with processing. Don't keep repeating failed actions, or taking abnormal workarounds to force it, as that would cause the security system to lock up longer to protect itself. Leave account alone for a day or maybe two to give it time to cool down/reset, then carefully try again. Restart your device before trying again as well. You can also try the app to withdrawal if was using the website and vice versa but don't overdo it.
