It sounds like you may have purchased a Prepaid Mastercard. I'd suggest contacting the Customer Support number on the back of the card you've purchased. They should be able to assist registering your information correctly.

Hello @tedo1111, At max it may take a bit longer (3-5 business days total) for most bank transfers to complete. Depending on your country, it may take up to max of 7-10 business days. If it takes longer than 3-5 days I normally recommend checking with your bank and also our Customer Support to see what the normal time-frame would be.
