This may help: You can add, edit, and delete contacts from your PayPal address book within the Invoice Settings area of your PayPal account. Here's how to access your PayPal address book: 1. Click the Edit or Delete links within a contact or Add a new contact to add a new one.

* Forward the entire email to: spoof@paypal.com. * Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment. * Delete the suspicious email from your inbox. * Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments. Look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc. If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.

Transfer times can vary for many reasons - for example, the transaction may be under a security review - perhaps something to do with the seller or merchant's account or even your account. There's really no way to tell as this is public community, it's not possible to look account info or details.

It's a common scam - they send you and email with a sad story hoping to convince you to close the dispute knowing that once it is closed, it cannot be opened again and you won't ever be able to get a refund - bottom line, people that do these things have actually read the User Agreement. A good way to protect yourself from these types of people is to pay with a credit card - if you're in a situation like this, as you paid with a card, you can contact the card issuer or bank for assistance.

You can usually cancel a PayPal payment that is in a "pending" or "unclaimed" status. These payments will have a status of “Unclaimed” and will show in the “Pending” section of your PayPal account. However, this does not apply to an "order" you would like to cancel, you would need to contact the seller to discuss options for a cancellation and request a refund.

When you have an "unverified" account, there are limits in place for both sending and withdrawing funds. You may be able to do a few transactions a month however, at some point it's possible you'll need to link a bank account and/or credit card.
