If you have 3 separate subscriptions or recurring payments - you can only pay when each one is due and only the amount you agreed to - you can't lump them together or pay any amount other than what the actual payment is.

That would be between you and the airline - all PayPal did was handle the transaction. If the airline agrees, then they would refund the money back to the original funding source.

Are you a business ?? If yes, then it's best to setup a Business Account. Note, you should your business info available, like your type of business ownership (Sole Proprietor, LLC, etc.) Tax EIN, SSN, bank account and credit card details - having all this info upfront will make setting up the account much easier.
