It sounds like our security system is preventing you from using a card to complete the payment. Please make sure that you're not using virtual cards, as these may not be accepted. If the issue persists, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! Additionally, if you haven't already, I would recommend adding and confirming a card so you will have the chance to complete a payment with an alternative payment method.
