We are a video platform company with hundreds of great clients (you can see some on our home page here: https://platformpurple.com), and we operate websites and apps for our clients under their own brands. Usually, charges show up on customers' statements as the client brand, but occasionally the charge shows up as "Platform Purple."We were never able to resolve this issue with our payment processors, so we added a notification on the checkout screen that "the charge could show up as Platform Purple," but most people are eager to enjoy their purchase and probably don't see it.
If anyone sees this thread and has any question about a Platform Purple charge, please email <removed> and we will get the matter resolved swiftly.
