Hmm, it sounds like we may not be accepting your bank as a payment method for Apple. In that case, you would need to add a card to link the accounts. If you have a debit card for your bank account, you can add that card as a payment method instead. I hope this helps!

Oh no! I would advise reaching out to McFee to request a refund. If they aren't willing to work with you, you can always file a dispute against the transaction through your PayPal account. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble regarding your buyer, that definitely sounds frustrating. 😞 If you have a tracking number to show the CD's were shipped and sent to the correct address, you should be covered against a dispute.
