Based on what you've described, it sounds like you're either waiting for a payment to come through from a customer that's on hold, or you received an email regarding a transaction but don't see it in your account. Is either of these the case?
If your payment is on hold and you don't have a tracking number, you may need to ask the buyer to mark the transaction as completed or the item as received. If there isn't a transaction in your account, you may either have received a spoof email, or you may need to confirm your email to receive the payment. I hope this information helps!
