Hi, @devexile. eBay has limits (on buyers and sellers) when they are new or have not been active because some buyers and sellers get caught up in the thrill of things and over extend themselves these limit do ease up with time (and the more you buy and sell the more you can buy and sell) there is also a limit that some sellers have in place thru their preferences that keeps buyers from buying too many items from their site at one time because if a buyer messes up it can put that seller in a real bind speaking of preferences it is a good idea to go to your My eBay....Account and expand each and every line - there is a bunch of things you can change/set up in there that makes eBay work for you and how you like it to work most of the limits/blocks are not set against a certain buyer or seller they are a general kind of thing without a name attached - however when buyers start getting UNPAID STRIKES and such sellers can add them by name to a BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST Courtesy eBay user nufces09,
