Hello, When you add a new email address to sandbox account, a confirmation email should automatically be sent to the "notifications" section of your developer account. If you cannot find the confirmation email within the "notifications" section, you can resend it from within the sandbox account. Open one of the following URL's, depending on the account type (personal or business) Personal : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/ For the email address you wish to confirm, which will show "Unconfirmed" under the email address, click on the three dots, then choose "resend confirmation". Business : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/email For the email address you wish to confirm, which will show "Unconfirmed" under the email address, click on the "edit" link. You'll then be shown another page and there is a link "Confirm this email", click on that and the email will be sent to confirm the email address. Login to your developer account and go to the notifications section and you should see the email for the sandbox account where you requested the email confirmation. Open the email and click on the provided link to confirm the email address. If you're asked to login to the account, enter the sandbox account credentials and you should then be shown a message that the email address has been confirmed.
