I can understand why you would be concerned about your situation.
When you go to the Resolution Center, you should see the case in your 'Open Cases' section. The only time you wouldn't is if the case is already closed. You can click 'Closed Cases' to see if it has been. If you still don't see this case and you're concerned that it's going to close without a response from you, please reach out to our phone support team for assistance. You can obtain our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage.
