Sorry if you're having an issue resolving the limitation on your account.
If we're asking you to verify information related to a card, that would mean that it has been previously or is currently on the account. Our system does occasionally want to verify a payment method that is added to the account. If we are unable to complete this verification process, the limitation may remain on the account. I'd recommend reaching out to our phone team to resolve this. You can find our contact information by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage.

It sounds like our system is saying that the receiving account has a limitation. If you are the merchant, please visit your Resolution Center to check to see if there is currently a limitation.

If a merchant is going to refund a payment, it will go directly back to your card so you won't have to worry about refunds. If you end up needing to file a dispute with us, you will have to reach out to our customer service team so we are able to report the issue for you.

That's a great question!
A person is able to send a payment to someone that doesn't have a PayPal account. You will receive an email confirming you have received the payment. But, it will ask you to create an account. The best thing you can do is add the email address to your already registered account and confirm the email to receive the payment. I hope this helps. 🙂

The CVV is normally located on the back of the card right next to where you sign the card. It could be that the card isn't compatible with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover. If it doesn't have one of these logos, you may not be able to use the card.

It could be that our security system is not allowing you to link an account. The one thing you can try is to use this link: www.PayPal.com/bankaccount.
The best thing you can do is reach out to our phone support team to see if they can help with you adding a new bank. You can find our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage.

If this shows in the name of the merchant, this could be an old business URL that this company used in place of their business name. If the webpage doesn't pull up anymore, that is what I would guess. You should still be able to see their email address if you sign in to your account so you can ask them questions. 🙂
