Yes, this is a valid text from us. When a customer makes a payment, if anything changes on their account as in where the customer is signing into the account, making a purchase that is larger than normal, new payment methods on the account, or information has been recently changed, we will send you a text asking if the transaction is yours. If it is your payment, you can simply reply with 1 and everything is okay.
