@alex192000 The card withdrawal fee for Moldova is $5.00 USD. The minimum card withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD. There are surrounding countries that are eligible for an automatic no fee withdrawal—once a month. Unfortunately, accounts in Moldova aren't eligible for the no fee card withdrawal option.

There are two Business debit cards allowed per account. You would have the option of having an additional card issued in someone else's name. @amiakyh You have linked and confirmed a Visa card, but the sender is still not able to send you a payment? Is this happening with many different senders? If it is happening with only one person, then it could be the senders account (not yours) that is the issue. If you continue to have issues receiving funds, you should contact PayPal support and ask if they can identify any issues.
