@Abdelrhman PayPal accounts in Egypt can use a Mastercard for purchases. In order for a PayPal account in Egypt to be enabled to receive payments, the account will need to link either a Visa card that is eligible for withdrawal, or a US bank account. @nduh The funds will go back to the original funding source. PayPal accounts in South Africa can make purchases with either a linked card or they must Top Up for every purchase. You should not use your PayPal account balance for purchases. Accounts with a balance are supposed to withdraw the balance within thirty days of receiving it. If you don't have an FNB account, you will be able to register through the PayPal FNB withdrawal service—another bank.

@Scottsalster No. PayPal accounts don't have account or routing numbers. US accounts can gain access to account and routing numbers that could then be used for certain kinds of deposits.
