Sorry to hear of the payment hold.
Most holds are removed 24 hours after the tracking confirms delivery. This gives the buyer time to report any issues, if needed. If the tracking confirms delivery, the buyer hasn't filed a dispute, and the hold hasn't been removed, please reach out to our customer support team to look into this.
