Thanks for posting in the forum and sorry to hear that you are having these issues. It is possible that your account is set up in the wrong country, in which case the best option would be to open a new account with the correct details. If you have funds, you may be able to transfer them to the new account. If you don't have pending transactions or other issues, you can close the old account. Before closing it, please make sure that you remove the financial details such as your card or bank account.
