If you receive a payment for the outstanding amount, this will cover the negative balance as well. Alternatively, you can call our team on 0208 6100 150 to resolve the balance over the phone. Hi  VinnyVanGogh,   Thanks for posting in the forum and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.     If I understand correctly, the payment for the item was sent in two separate instalments and in that case, the purchases wouldn't be covered under our Buyer Protection policy, I am afraid. If the payment was sent in one instalment, you can open a dispute through PayPal for item not as described. Keep in mind that you would be required to return the item to the seller and to provide proof of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. If there is a limitation in your PayPal account at the moment, you would need to resolve it before you can receive funds. Ask the buyer for a contact phone number. Call the buyer back to verify the order. Does the buyer want express regardless of the cost? Does the buyer's PayPal email address match the address of the buyer's external communications to you? Does the buyer ask you to ship to a country that is not approved by PayPal? Such transactions should generally be avoided as there is a greater risk of the transaction being reversed.
