The most common reasons why we would show the message that you get is: -The card issuer denies the payment. This can happen if there is not sufficient balance on the card for the payment or if the card details are no longer up to date on the PayPal account. You can review this in your settings. -Our security system is blocking the payment. In this case, it would be best to leave the payments for 24 up to 48 hours and to try it again.
