Here is what you can do: * Leave the money in your Account Balance. * Withdraw it to your Bank Account (free) * Request a paper check (there's a fee to process the check and can only be delivered to a physical street address - no PO Box) * Withdraw at an ATM using a PayPal Mastercard Debit Card (fees apply). * Transfer the funds to a Walmart Money Card. What you cannot do is withdraw to a credit or debit card with the exception to what was stated above.

There's two options: PayPal's Payments Advanced or PayPal's Payments Pro. Both are unique products and both have a monthly fee plus the standard transaction processing fees.

Per the title of your post - sounds like you have been scammed. Please note, this is a member to member help group - we are not the same as customer support - unfortunately we cannot review your transaction records so we don't really know what has happened. What we can share with you is. if you paid using the Send Money feature and chose the Friends and Family option you were scammed. A legit seller would have sent you an invoice.
