Check the PayPal transaction details on your computer. I will show the buyer's shipping address. It will also indicated if the payment is complete, if it is OK to ship, and if it eligble for seller protection. Don't rely en emails for shipping details.

You can ship as many different packages for a single purchase as you want, but it is likely only one tracking number will be a valid one and buyers may create an ingenious dispute. You may need to use a different label creation too to create multiple diffrerent labels.

First, check the monthly statement details (not the online summary); it will explain what payment is required and when to avoid interest. Second, check PayPal Credit payment application policies. Click on Legal at the bottom of the page and then scroll down to PayPal Credit. Go down to about section 10 or 11; it will explain how payments are applied. You cannot change it.

Assuming you added the tracking number to the transaction at time of shipment, then it is automatic. If you didn't add the tracking number and you don't where to find it, then shipment will never be confirmed. If buyer files a dispute for non-receipt, then buyer would win.
