You may want to close the card and open another with PP. I had to do the same thing except I did not move, the USPS simply changed my address :/. Jumped through hoops and in the end had to wait roughly 5 days for the new card to arrive. You can open a new one immediately after closing the old one.

When I go to your site I immediately see where a consumer has the option to alter qty but not the amount to be paid. My guess is that they are trying to enter the amount they want to pay into the qty field but all quantity fields must be a whole number. You may want to consider getting a cart system such as xen cart to make this process MUCH easier.

Depends, as long as you don't get a parting of ways e-mail you should be alright. Just make sure there is no where it says that you account is still limited or your account has open issues. Again, if you get a parting of ways speech you might as well give up because the account is closed for good. Google it to see what I am talking about.

The best advice would be to create another personal account (you are allowed one personal and one premier or business account). If that won't work for you the only other option would be to make the other e-mail address your primary PayPal e-mail address each time you pay.

You can pay via paypal and it will be taken from your linked sources automatically. Be forwarned though that if you use an e-check you have two problems. It can either take up to 14 days to clear which means the item may not ship for 14+ days and it also limits your ability to file a charge back should the deal go horribly wrong.
