From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

@Temp20210911b Most games are scams. Hundreds of posts on here all saying money pending from one game or another but I have never seen anyone actually get paid any money. The large amounts of cash folks are trying to withdraw are a lot more than any game could earn with their advertisement sponsorships. They just want you to think you will get cash to make you play or watch their ads or videos. Research first as its very unlikely you are going to get a lot of money from playing a game ! Also as its against Paypal rules to use your Paypal account for any gaming or gambling purposes then that gaming site would be unable to offer Paypal as an option on that site to pay out rewards, they just add a Paypal logo to their site to fool you into thinking that they will.

@Yshakabraham_20 Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account? Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures. If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. @SMS33 Why is it hard to find? You click on help/CONTACT bottom of paypal pages > contact us > then you see the options. Hardly rocket science to be honest. However the reason its not more prominent is that most of the questions paypal get asked could easily be resolved by asking in the FAQ section via help or asking on here.

@wonder55 You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
