I sent the item to the address PayPal had provided (which is the same address that was written on the package). USPS has left a notice to pick up the item at the post office since no one has been available at the address. Lo and behold, the seller says I should have sent it to a different address to a totally different person. Long story short, I have been exchaning emails with the seller and he has been giving me the run around. My question is, if the seller does not pick up the package at the post office, it will be returned to me as undeliverable. I don't want the item and I have been pressing for a refund. Will PayPal return my money or do I have to spend more of my own time and money to resend the package? Sellers use to get away with this , but no more. If you shipped to the address provided by Paypal and the D/C shows either refused, or that it was never piked up, you will win the claim, and paypal will refund you.
