Anyone can fake Paypal payment emails. The only truth is what is shown when you login to your paypal account. Don't click any email links, always type it in the browser address bar. Hope this gets worked out. Happy New Year!

Paypal always sends an email or posts a message on their website in your account saying not to ship until the payment clears. If you ship before then the payment is not protected.

They are a 2nd year Gold rated supplier on Alibaba so that's a good thing but i'm not clear what you mean about a $51 fee for taking out money. Have you already left a deposit with them?

MoneyPacks are deposited into the buyers account then regular Paypal funds are sent to the seller. A buyer does not send MoneyPacks to the seller. before mailing anything make sure the payment has been completed and not in process.

Plimus is not the problem, some scammers are just using their name. Don't click on any links in emails to login to ebay or paypal. Always type it in the browser.
