Hi lucane   Have you linked your bank account to your ppal? Is your account verified?   If yes then you should be able to click "withdraw > transfer to bank account" at the top of your account Enter the amount and follow instructions   If you arent verified then you need to verify your account ... Hi popodu50   Go to your myebay sold page find the transactions and click "more actions" at the side Then "sell similar" Scroll down and double check your ppal email address on your listings is correct without any spelling mistakes   If its wrong come back for more advice ... Afficher plus

Hi kumonoito   Since you cant provide proof of delivey this dispute will probably go in the buyers favour Its up to the seller how they send an item and their responsibility unless you have a different agreement with the buyer   If it doesnt arrive can you make a claim with your courier? Its best to send tracked especially abroad to avoid this happening again I know its nice to be able to offer the option of shipping on ebay but not everyone is honest not saying your buyer isnt   U could contact ppal direct and tell them you want to make a part refund but the buyer wont respond and see what they say If u can call dont select any options just hold on until you can speak to someone  Or www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter ... Hi fifiv21   The delivery time has nothing to do with ppal If the seller states 5 days delivery then that is between you and the seller    When you pay the seller will receive your payment, then its up to them wen they send it Contact the seller if you are concerned your item wont be delivered in 5 days ...
