U could try these options www.facebook.com/PayPalUK or @AskPaypal for Twitter Or Log in to ppal , click "help" at the bottom of your ppal page and on the right hand side click "message centre"

Hi chubbygordito Its best to accept CASH only on COLLECTION when selling vehicles as the buyer could chargeback once the vehicle is collected I dont think ppal accepts part payment. As they have to collect it this is the best way If they say they are sending a shipper to collect and for you to make a payment to a third party then its more than likely to be a scam

Hi daxcarlisle I copied and pasted this info from ppal Frank PayPal Extras MasterCard and Bill Me Later are available to customers in the US. Any country that can receive PayPal payments would be able to receive payments funded with these accounts.
