Hi Mulhem89, Welcome! Did you use your bank account to make your purchase? If so then canceling the payment will keep the money from being sent to the seller but the transfer from your bank account will still be processed. The money will be deposited into your PayPal account when it's received. Amanda

Hi Terekane, Happy to have you here in the community! I understand your dilemma unfortunately there is no way to extend the dispute deadline. You could contact the seller and discuss options such as receiving a refund and resending payment. You could also file a dispute just before the deadline to open a dialogue with the seller. The dispute can be closed or escalated at any point before it's expiration at 20 days. Keep in mind that if you close a dispute or claim you cannot reopen it. Amanda

Hi hadassah, Welcome! What exactly is the message you're seeing when you attempt to make a payment? There are several reason you may not be able to use a credit card but I can't say for sure without knowing what the message is. Amanda

I use PayPal to send and receive money to friends and relatives - everything coming into my account is NOT eBay income. Payments that are not for the sale of goods or services are not included in the calculation of gross payments received for 1099-K reporting. If you receive payments for the sale of goods or services on eBay or off eBay, those payments will be included.
