Hi @Ozzie5    Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern to know the timeframe for canceling a payment. Once the payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You need to contact the recipient to get the refund, you can view their contact details under the Recent Activity and selecting the payment. If you have received a refund for a payment, it will take 5-6 business days for the money to reflect in your bank account, it will reflect immediately in your PayPal account if the payment has been taken from your PayPal balance and sometimes depending on the card issuer it might take up to 30 days.     I hope the provided information is helpful to you.   Ameen ...
