Hi @Useyurnme , Thank you for posting in Community! I am sorry to know that you were charged on your bank while sending payments which got declined. In this case, I will suggest you to please contact your bank about you being charged and dispute the charge from your bank. As in PayPal all transactions are recorded even though they are cancelled, declined, failed or completed. If it is not pulling up on your PayPal account, it means that the bank was charged before reaching the PayPal gateway and so the transaction details are not generated from PayPal. The transactions not showing on the PayPal account does not goes through PayPal, it is being charged by the bank and you can get this sorted from the bank by disputing it from there.
