If the refund is going to a card, this can take up to 30 days, but usually appears sooner. If you see the refund processing through PayPal, it should process within that timeframe. If they don't issue a refund, you might be able to file a dispute since you haven't received the credit you were due for returning the package. When a temporary authorization is created, your bank will hold the funds temporarily, until the transaction is completed. We don't take the funds in these situations from the bank while the authorization is still pending.
