Hello @vanderwaa and @applern, Thanks for posting in the PayPal Community Forum! I apologize for your negative experience when filing a dispute through PayPal. For PayPal to approve an unauthorized dispute, there has to be unauthorized access to the PayPal account. If there was already an existing subscription/automatic payment set up with Meta, that means nobody else had logged into PayPal to make the purchase because it was initiated through the subscription. If there were unauthorized access on Facebook, Instagram, or one of Meta's other platforms, they would need to file the dispute and help you resecure your account. However, I understand that you don't see any unauthorized charges on any of your Meta accounts, @applern. If a new subscription was created with the unauthorized activity, then there was potentially an unauthorized login to your PayPal as well. Please reach out to PayPal Customer Support to have them file an appeal on your case right away. You can find the different options for contacting Customer Support here. If you have already filed a dispute with your bank, that's perfectly understandable. Please note that once a dispute is opened with your bank, any PayPal disputes are closed and cannot be reopened. Your bank would completely handle the case at that time, and any questions regarding the case would need to be discussed with your bank. I'm very happy to hear you've received a refund, @vanderwaa, and I hope you will receive yours shortly, @applern! - Meghan
