If I understand correctly, you sent money from your personal bank to a bank called Unicreditbank. Unicreditbank was then supposed to send the money to PayPal; is that correct? If that's the case, you will need to continue working with those two banks directly. PayPal cannot assist with or trace money that was not initiated through PayPal. For this reason, sending money from an outside source is not recommended. Accounts in the Czech Republic can receive and add money to their PayPal balance. You can learn more about how to add money to your PayPal account within this Help Center article. However, to make payments, you do not have to have a balance first; you only need to add and confirm a card. I hope your bank is able to help you locate the transfer soon! - Meghan
