I completely understand your situation. I want to inform you that if the refund status shows completed on your PayPal account then it means the amount has been processed from the PayPal system. The timeframe has been set by your financial institute where PayPal do not have the privilege to expedite the process. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If you've used your credit card to complete the transaction, then your refund will go to your card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If you've used your bank account, then the refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It is entirely possible that you could be running into our security system. This would have temporarily prevented you from taking any further actions in your account. Although our security practices and transaction reviews are meant to protect all customers, sometimes they affect an account in good standing. In this case, I suggest you try again after 48 hours. Please be noted, that if we try to attempt again before 48 hours then the security algorithm may reset itself and the same situation may occur again. This will result in a further delay.
