All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue. If you've completed a transfer and it hasn't been deposited to your bank yet, though, this may need to be reviewed further. I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. Support is available by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, through Facebook Private Message, or Twitter Direct Message. I hope this can be sorted out soon!
