Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! That's a great question. In some cases when you receive a payment for a good/service, the funds may be placed on a hold. The payment itself should still be visible in your activity, though. I would recommend reviewing the following Help Center articles for more details on Why my Payment is on Hold and How to Release my Held Payment. If you've been asked to provide proof of postage before you receive the payment, this may not be a legitimate email. I would recommend reviewing this Help Center article about Common Scams and How to Spot Them. I hope this helps, good luck with the sale!
