I opened my account thursday October 29th using a pre paid credit card specificaly to pay for three items I had bought on eBay. I was able to pay for two items but when I try to pay for the third I get a message saying I have to verify my account by adding a bank account. My pre paid credit card has sufficient funds on it and I have not reached my monthly spending limit. My monthly limit on pay pal is $700 and I have only sent just under $100 so far. Other than adding a bank account how can I pay for this item and why can't I send money when I have sufficient funds and have not reached my sending limit?
