Hey relpmeplz 👋   So actually to resolve your case here all you have to do is Phone PayPal Customer Service instead of emailing as the reps can help you WAY more then the automated robots can and tell them to reopen the case and that you have proof it wasnt you and throw in there that they should check the IP Addresses aswell and after you give them proof the case will reopen and be escalated to the Fraud Team HQ! and after that they will review it and see its not you and automatically refund the money!😁   #DontWorry Best Of Luck 🥂 ... Hey kayoss  👋   So I will tell you to keep the Items as none of this is your fault and that you cannot return items during this time of COVID-19 and open a Dispute with the seller and add the photos of the page that displays the chairs and then the result you got which are hammys and add you comments saying the seller didn't give me the right item and scammed me and you will get your money and keep the items because at this point he has probably done this to many others and is trying to keep is PayPal in good standing.. Don't even feel bad either because like I said this sounds like false advertising on his end!   if there cheap its definitely not worth sending back either.. Hey Girly 👋   So actually this sounds like a run around! So to end this run around make sure you have screenshots of the order from the vendor and if there is any messages and tracking number page and then give PayPal customer service a call, PayPal doesn't and will never respond properly via email which is sad but it is what it is I guess but its better to talk to someone and hear there voice instead of emails and no answers!! To end this run around would to call PayPal Customer Service US and tell them you would like to reopen the case because the vendor is getting away with scamming and that you have proof .   Then they will reopen the case and then you say you will send them the proof and then after you send them the proof they will Manually review it instead of a robot and you will get you money back in no time!😁   #DontWorry Best Of Luck 🥂 ... Hey devinrc 👋   To resolve you issue I want you to go to the Resolution Centre on (Android: Chrome) (IOS: Safari) (PC: Chrome) and then once you log in you will be able to create a Dispute and then after you create it you will be able to select the transaction made with this person and then add your comments and proof and then click submit! After you have done that its just the waiting game and if the end result is not what you want then make sure you have screenshots and all that and call PayPal Customer Service and make them reopen the case and tell them you have proof and after that you get your money back instantly!😁   #DontWorry Best Of Luck 🥂 ...   Hey reddevilbadges 👋   To answer your question actually when there hasn't been any movement on the account before then suddenly big amounts are coming out of no where the bots will be alarmed and usually flag the account! It's just PayPal's way of Community Protection so I want you to phone PayPal Customer Service UK ASAP so you can gain money instead of losing it! Hey Shgrplm  👋   I totally can relate SO much to this and I will tell you what I have done to get my money back! So since the case has ONLY done its course online it didn't via Phone with the PayPal reps! So you have an Open option! and make sure you take screenshots of the tracking and the order and then phone PayPal Customer Service to speak with a Rep who has WAY more power then we do on the website! Since its a HIGH VALUE item it will be a Big concern to them and will want to resolve it ASAP!   When you Phone make sure you let them know you have screenshots and want to reopen a case that was not solved properly and that its a item worth $1,400+ and they will reopen it and they will ask you to send your Support Documents which is the screenshots of the tracking and your order number for this item! and since pictures speak more then a sentence your Money will be Refunded in no time!   Make sure to have patience and don't get fumed on the phone and everything will be done in your favour ❤️   #DontWorry Best Of Luck 🥂 ... Hey konstantinos50  👋   So actually this was a little bit of malfunction on the App and Phones part NOT YOURS! So this happens to people all the time just know your money will be back into your Bank account actually sooner then the 3 days! But just make sure when you click "Transfer Money" make sure you have the From as (PayPal Balance) and the To as (Bank Account) and not the other way around!
