Go back to the listing and double check to see what he described it as, if your right and its clearly the wrong item, file a SNAD claim and you'll be asked to return the item to the seller, and you should get your money back and be good to go, if you do win and  have to return the item make sure you pay a little extra for tracking so you can show that it got delivered to his address so he can't say you didn't send it back to him ... I think that employee was wrong as far as selling goes, at that point two weeks ago, and as buying goes that will change soon, see below, In regards to selling, there is no protection for intangible items,   11.3 Eligibility Requirements. To be eligible for Seller protection, you must meet all of the basic requirements listed below; plus, you must meet the Item Not Received requirements listed below to be covered for Item Not Received protection and you must meet the Unauthorized Transactions requirements listed below to be covered for Unauthorized Transaction protection. Basic Requirements: You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details Page. You must respond to PayPal’s requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner. The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped. Your primary residence, as listed in your Account, must be in the United States.   As for buyers, according to the policy update effective Nov. 1st:   PayPal Buyer Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods. Payments for the following items are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Buyer Protection: Intangible items, including Digital Goods Services ... View more

It said the selling acct disputed the charge? isn't that you? if the buyer disputed it theres not much you can do because there is no protection for virtual items, and you missed the dispute period so even if there was something you could've done, by missing the dispute period  I'm afraid theres not a whole lot of options left, need to remember to be very careful when selling intangible items ...
