@whatsthematter As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country). You may want to check if the card you are removing is listed as a funding source for a billing agreement, scheduled payment or if it was used for an uncompleted payment. For the last, just wait for the completion and for the first two either remove by the card or change the funding source. Advice is VOLUNTARILY given.
