Good day @Thomas_Bellange Please be advised that if an email address (where you accidentally sent the other payment) is not linked to any PayPal account, then the transaction should on a "Unclaimed" status and that you should still have the ability to cancel it. To cancel a 'pending/unclaimed' payment (UK Base account, you might have a different procedure if you are outside UK): Go to Summary. Under ‘Pending’, next to the message showing the recipient ‘hasn’t accepted yet’, click Cancel. Click Cancel Payment. Otherwise, since this is a seller that you trust, you may want to reach out to them because potentially the email address that they are using to communicate with you is also added as one of the email addresses they have on their PayPal account so you can request for a refund from them.
