Good day @CCKK My sincerest apologies but the payment cannot be considered "Unauthorized" if it was initiated and made by the account owner themselves. And, It is possible that the reason why you don't have any options other than "Unauthorized transaction" is because this payment was potentially sent as Personal (friends and family). Friends and family payment does not come with purchase protection. Please double check by going to your Activity page inside your PayPal account. If this was the case, you may need to reach out back to your bank and advise them that Personal payment does not come with purchase protection with PayPal. They should be able to discuss some other options available for you.
