About your concern, if the initial status of the refund is Pending, that means the company (Jetblue) used their bank account to fund the transaction which usually takes 3-5 business day to clear, depending on their bank. Now if the refund status changed to Cancelled, it is possible that the bank account used for the refund might not have enough funds in it. If you'd like to, you may reach us out by clicking on the CONTACT link at the bottom part of your PayPal page so you can see the communication support channel available in your country/region.
