I want to set up my personal paypal.me link, but I can't. I don't see this option in my account settings, either in the web application or in the Android program. When I go to https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/ and click on the "Create Your PayPal.Me Link" button, I'm simply redirected to my page where I can only see my Paypal balance. I also tried to write to PayPal Assistant, but I only got the answer "I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment." I tried several days at different times. I don't understand why everything is so complicated and confusing. If it's written on the main page "Anyone can use it", then it should be so for everyone.
