I am new to PayPal Business and my sales just kicked off. I am offering online services that require no physical shipping to customers. I create invoices using the PayPal Business mobile application and share them with customers for payments. Afterward, I update the order status to "Shipped" with no tracking information. I have no clue if I am following the correct approach for online services however, I ended up having my payments on hold until the order delivery is confirmed "You have recently updated your shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery."
I do really need your help to release my payments.
